Position Overview: Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for marine systems? Join our dynamic team at Ocean Air Con as an Apprentice Marine Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work on private yachts, learn from the best in the industry, and gain hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on private yachts within Sydney Harbour, performing maintenance and service on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to gain valuable insights and skills in marine HVAC systems.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing system issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Learn to handle and install equipment from all major brands in the market.
• Participate in occasional interstate travel as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Australian driver’s license.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program or ready to start one.
