2022 Junior Bookkeeper - TAFE Students Preferred null

Nulla Accountants is a specialist firm that uses innovative technology to streamline and simplify finance operations for our clients across several industry sectors. Since our inception in early 2019 we have been steadily building our client base and are now looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to grow our team.

The trainee will be provided with on the job training and assistance to initially obtain a Certificate III in Business. The ideal candidate is a passionate and dedicated school leaver with a strong work ethic. The candidate should be interested in gaining skills and the required accreditation to become a Chartered Accountant.

This position requires  NO EXPERIENCE as full training will be provided. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client bookkeeping
• Data entry and bookkeeping system management
• Receipt client invoices in system and code appropriately  
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Answering phones, taking messages, responding to emails
• General administration support

Essential skills:

• Studied Advanced Mathematics or equivalent at school
• Strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent language skills
• Basic computer skills
