Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking customer orders using POS system
- Assembling food service areas, ensuring that service lines are properly stocked with adequate food, cleaned and rotated ready for service times.
- Upholding a high standard of shopfront presentation at all times
- Assisting with the preparation of basic food
- Assembly and serving appropriate quantities of food, assuring proper quality and quantity of food prepared
- General housekeeping duties
- Complying with all company's policies and procedures
- Adhering to safety & hygiene standards
Qualifications & experience
- Understanding of basic takeaway cookery and food safety procedures preferred
- High level of enthusiasm and efficiency
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Reliability and punctuality
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills
- Be courteous & customer focused
- Be a good team member
