Storeperson - TAFE Students Preferred null

Northline is an Australian, privately owned global transport and logistics business. Our global reach is supported by a state-of-the-art Australian multi-modal transport and 13-branch national warehousing network. We are seeking experienced Warehouse Storepersons to work at Northline's Smithfield 3PL Warehouse on a permanent full-time basis, Mon-Fri to commence ASAP.

This position will see you working in all areas of the warehouse including:

• Picking/Packing orders for despatch;
• Stock take & internal stock movements;
• Unloading containers;
• Receipting stock inwards;
• Ensuring freight is scanned, packed and labelled accurately;
• Operating a high reach forklift;
• Lifting of product up to 25kg on a repetitive basis;
• Daily housekeeping of warehouse areas.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Current Drivers Licence and own reliable transport;
• Forklift Licence LF and counterbalance experience essential;
• Experience in 3PL warehousing;
• High Reach Forklifting experience essential;
• Pick and Pack and RF scanning experience;
• Manual handling skills and experience
• Transport/Logistics Industry experience preferred;
• Reliable with a can-do attitude;
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
