You will be working on the traditional lands of the Dharug and Guringai peoples, based at Royal North Shore Hospital Campus St Leonards, working closely with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community who are registered onto the ITC program and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services.

Where you'll be working: Royal North Shore Hospital and across NSLHD
What you'll be doing: The ITC manager will work collaboratively with patients, general practitioners, allied health practitioners, practice staff and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service to provide appropriate multidisciplinary care and services for Aboriginal and Torres Islander People in NSLHD.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Tertiary qualification in a Health related field and/or demonstrated experience within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander healthcare.
3. Demonstrated Ability to disseminate information about the availability of services to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and deliver a high standard of communication including written, oral and presentation skills. Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office, Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, CHOC and other programs including MMEX.
4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and protocols along with sound knowledge of the specific health, social and emotion wellbeing issues affecting Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people.
5. Demonstrated ability to create and map referral pathways that incorporate available services at a local and state level.
6. Demonstrated ability to implement innovated programs and evaluate same.
7. Demonstrated ability to manager budgets and financials of Integrated Team Care program and provide high level reports.
