    Working with senior executives on complex strategic or operational issues within the public health system

About you

Requirements:

  • Hold a recent undergraduate degree from a recognised University
    Demonstrate a high level of motivation for a career in health service management
    Demonstrate ability to proactively manage competing priorities and adhere to strict timelines
    Demonstrate an ability to use initiative and to gather and critically analyse complex information to identify and implement effective solutions to challenges
  • People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply

Compensation & benefits

The salary for this role is AUD 1,338.50 - AUD 1,369.14 per week. As an employee, they offer various benefits including:

Training & development

The program:

  • A two-year program designed to develop future finance leaders in NSLHD and across NSW Health
  • Combines practical work experience with a fully funded Certified Practicing Accounting (CPA) study
  • Graduates work with and learn from senior NSLHD executives, including the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Finance throughout the program
