• Experience working with children in child care/teaching/recreation or other relevant areas
• Knowledge and understanding of the needs of children aged five to twelve years
• Proven ability to role model the Northern Beaches Council's values and behaviours
• Demonstrated commitment to EEO, WHS and ethical practice principles.
