Come and join our New Orleans inspired restaurant! We have set and continued to strive for the highest standard of cooking over live fuel BBQ. Comprising a small professional team, NOLA'S kitchen is run at a fast and smooth pace. NOLA Smokehouse and Bar takes a contemporary approach to Cajun and Creole cuisines and Southern BBQ.

• You will have the opportunity to dive into the deep south by cooking barbecued whole fish, curing & dry aging meats, producing house-made sausages, smoking & cooking meat & seafood.
• We often work 4 days a week! - Enjoy 3 days off each week to give you the work-life balance you have been looking for. We pay above award salary and weekly tips.
