Your role as a Credit Support Officer is to review and provide confirmation of documentation to support customer loan applications. This includes the review of information to ensure it correctly identifies the customer is correct and is within the standards required under Nissan Financial Services (NFS) policy and procedure.

The main outcome and measurable of this role will be superior compliant customer service within the retail credit function, whilst building positive reputational outcomes across the Nissan, Mitsubishi, Renault, Infiniti, and Skyline brands.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provide NFS Retail Credit with income and document verification that creates excellent customer outcomes while maintaining compliance with NFS policy and procedures.
  • Validate customer information against customer application data to ensure both consistency and information provided. 
  • Ensure strong communication with NFS introducers and work closely with NFS Retail Credit and Settlements teams to ensure consistency of process and information interpretation.
  • Management of key internal business relationships with key Nissan Financial Services Teams
