About Nissan

Nissan is a global car manufacturer that sells a full line of vehicles under the Nissan and INFINITI brands. Nissan’s global headquarters in Yokohama, Japan, manages operations in four regions: Japan-ASEAN, China, Americas, and AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe & Oceania).

Your role

Nissan has a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in their Collections Department.

The Collections Centre is based on different stages of delinquency and the need to contact their customers by phone, email, letter, and SMS.

This full-time role is in the early-stage collections team where accounts are worked as a portfolio ensuring that the best solution is given for the customer. Collections actions must remain customer-centric and with a positive brand.

Also, part of this role is the management of the accounts that have been issued to external mercantile agents and the relationship between them and Nissan, ensuring that there is still a positive brand image in the later stages of collections.

On any one day, you can expect to:

  • Drive first-call resolution and offer customers the best solution that meets their financial obligations
  • Adhere to the Collections Debt and NCCP consumer guidelines.
  • Supporting the department delinquency by contributing individually to the business target.
  • Ability to work on more complex collection accounts and propose solutions
  • Seek approvals when required for further collections actions/costs
