  • Can build big towers and appreciate the joy when they tumble down
  • Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Advocate for the well-being of all children.
  • Excel as a collaborative team member.
  • Contribute to achieving exceeding outcomes for both children and educators.
  • Bring your authentic and best self to the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or express a readiness to get it.
  • While experience is highly regarded, it is not a mandatory requirement.
