About the role:

This is a permanent, full-time (9 am – 5:30 pm) position based in our head office in North Ryde. Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assist the VMs Team in the planning, communication, and implementation of the in-store design, and merchandise layouts of our showrooms
  • Assist in the creation of drawings from design briefs and ensure the company drafting standards are adhered to
  • Assist the Marketing Team with executing permanent in-store merchandising signage elements and all relevant materials
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Travel to showrooms when required to assist with merchandise layout plans of existing and new showrooms
  • Maintain the CAD resource and service by providing accurate detailed showroom and furniture drawings, and other visuals

About you:

This is an amazing opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain invaluable design experience. You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects with strict deadlines. You need to be creative, think outside the box and just make stuff happen. Key required:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design
  • Basic CAD skills
  • Having a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be highly regarded
