The opportunity
Our successful Financial Services team cater to a broad range of clients, assessing their financial health and selecting the right products and investments to structure a financial plan that suits their individual goals and life stage.
  
Our Financial Services team is facing great success and therefore has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our high performing team on a full time or part-time basis.
  
Reporting to the Financial Services Partners and Financial Advisers, the Administration Assistant will have predominant exposure across our Mortgage Broking services, as well as provide support across our broader Financial Services activities including:

  • Assist the Mortgage Brokers with loan application packaging and submit applications to lending organisations for assessment;
  • Data entry and tracking of all applications received into internal management and Lender’s online lodgement systems;
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders & solicitors; and
  • Work closely with the Financial Planners to assist with day to day administrative tasks e.g photocopying, scanning and taking phone calls
