Our Opportunity
First and foremost, as a customer service professional, you are the face of our organisation and will engage with our customers on a daily basis. Every day is different! You will undertake extensive training to ensure you can successfully manage any type of customer query.
Our Ideal Candidate
New year, New opportunity for 2023!
You are looking for a part-time opportunity. This position is based in our Dubbo Branch, you will be required to work 33 hours per fortnight, Monday – 8.45 am - 5.15 pm, Tuesday and Friday – 12.45 pm-5.15 pm.
You will be responsible for end-to-end daily banking operations and will be involved in cash handling. You have current or recent experience in a customer-facing banking, financial services, or retail position.
You will be engaging with customers daily and handling general customer inquiries. You are an engaging person who can positively interact with customers, thrives off building personal relationships, and can successfully identify and match products and services to customer needs.
You will be the face of the organisation and the first point of contact for our customers. You approach each day with a positive attitude and allow this to permeate across the entire branch. You tackle any issue thrown your way and respond well within a changing environment.
