What you'll do as a Marketing Assistant/Co-Ordinator:

As a Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the senior marketing stakeholders, as well as the marketing team more broadly, executing launch plans and weights.

Functions will include:

Supporting the VP Marketing and National Brand Marketing Manager to execute launch plans and up weights as required
Creating and maintaining campaign documents such as summaries of planned/intended activity, ratings, creatives, POPs and deadlines
Managing fulfilment of media bookings once made by the NBMM, both via the agency and direct bookings
Ensuring general admin, invoicing and POs are handled in a timely and organised manner, EA support where required
Managing local community partnerships/relationships and events and supplying any relevant marketing collateral

What are we looking for in a Marketing Co-Ordinator? What's essential? 

  • Ideally, 1-2 years experience within a marketing role
  • A genuine passion/desire to progress your career within marketing
  • Creative thinker who thrives working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Works well under pressure, deadline-driven
  • Excellent MS office skills including PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and react positively to often competing for/shifting priorities
  • Characteristics include positivity, resilience, accountability, proactiveness, a 'can-do attitude who can work well both autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail

Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required: 

  • Background in TV/Broadcasting, Ad-Agency, Radio and/or other media environments
  • Invoicing and/or basic finance experience
  • Working towards or completing a marketing qualification
