The successful applicants will become members of the service and support team. It is a varied role comprising both remote help desk support and onsite diagnostics and hardware repair. The position will have you working with the latest cloud-based business platforms as well as providing desktop support and working on IT projects.
We are looking for someone who...
- Has come from a technical support background and is comfortable with providing phone desk and onsite support to clients
- Is willing to work closely and communicate openly with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Is happy to further their skills as they progress with their role
The successful candidate should have;
- Strong communication skills
- A driver's license and own transport (required)
- 1+ years of experience with an MSP- IT Server Provider (beneficial)
- Knowledge of standard hardware devices and their particular roles
- Understanding of the concept and implementation of networking
- Some knowledge of prominent brands, software, systems, and networking equipment
- Proficient in maintaining internal IT records
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen to learn
