As a Graduate at nbn, you’ll have the chance to work alongside inspiring leaders and creative thinkers as you propel your career with 3 tailored rotations during your 18-month program, collaborating with innovators in your field, as we help lift Australia’s digital capability. 

The Regional Development & Engagement team (known internally as RDE) is crucial to our business as we look to expand the digital capability and economy of regional and remote Australia. Working as a Graduate in RDE will provide you the opportunity to be part of the dedicated team that’s undertaking the Fixed Wireless and Satellite Upgrade Program. 

It’s a $750m Government Grant supported network upgrade that’s changing the game for over a million premises across regional and remote Australia as we expand the terrestrial footprint and introduce 5G technology. 

In your role as a Graduate – Wireless Engineer you’ll help develop creative and innovative ways to benefit nbn’s customers while looking to create efficiencies across the network.  Graduates who will thrive will have a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate cohort you’ll:

• Be in your final year of study or have completed a relevant undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in the last 3 years (or be due to complete by January 2024)
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident

Salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation)
