As an nbn Graduate, your career is important to us. Throughout the 18-month nbn Graduate program, you will work within various business units, developing your technical and leadership skills while making a valued contribution and playing an important role in shaping the digital future of Australia. As you move through your rotations, you will build a strong understanding of our different teams, and how they contribute to our wider business strategy. Dedicated mentors will be with you every step of the way to support you and prepare you for a successful career at nbn.

In our 2022 Graduate Program you will:

• Undertake three tailored rotations, working on real projects that contribute to the future of Australia
• Collaborate and work with innovators, senior business leaders, mentors and stakeholders
• Develop technical and interpersonal skills while exploring and experiencing various business functions
• Contribute to the success of our key nationwide programs and operations
• Support nbn initiatives, focusing on continuous process improvement and customer experience
• Work in an inclusive, collaborative and supportive environment, where your contributions have a meaningful impact
• Have access to a tailored learning and development pathway to support your career aspirations

A bit about you:

You're a motivated individual who demonstrates our culture and values. You will have completed your degree in the last 2 years (or be due to complete it by January 2022) in one of the following disciplines: Accounting, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Network Engineering or Software Engineering.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a solution-motivated approach with a proven track record of consistently achieving results. You are someone who loves rising to a challenge – we are looking for passionate graduates to contribute in high-performing and collaborative teams shaping the future of Australia.
