Surveyor - TAFE Students Preferred null

• Conduct surveys on land sites and properties unsupervised whilst under the direction of the Survey Manager.
• Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy. 
• Research and design methods for survey processes
• Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g., longitudes, latitudes).
• Build maps, sketches, and charts.
• Undertake field work under the guidance of a manager in the first instance.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of company equipment and with time also be involved in the purchasing of suitable resources. 
• Report on survey results and present findings to clients. 
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on projects.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with the company’s integrated management system.
• Keep adequate quality assurance records for each individual task undertaken.
• Check all instruction for relevant quality requirements prior to completion of task.

Experience required: Relevant Diploma or Certificate 4; white card; previous experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, minimum 38 hours per week

Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year plus super (negotiable)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend work availability is desirable with the possibility of being paid overtime.

Work Location: Prestons, Sydney NSW
