2022 Production Baker - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are a food manufacturing company in Sydney going through a rapid expansion phase and are looking for enthusiastic, energetic & self-motivated production staff to join our team.
You will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations and providing hands-on baking. Workers are stationed along a production line to progress the product along the process from mixing and baking to decorating and packing.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Weigh and mix raw materials
• Depositing batters through depositing machinery
• Ensure daily manufacturing targets are met
• Preparation and packaging of product lines
• Dispatch of daily & weekly orders
• Stock control and rotation
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Open & closing duties/procedures as well as the completion of daily/weekly
• cleaning procedures
• Ensuring factory facility is always clean and presentable; compliant with HACCP and OH&S

Essential requirements:

• Knowledge of HACCP or food safety
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work for long periods on your feet
• Motivated and eager to work
• Excellent communication skills
• High standard of food preparation and productivity
