Responsibilities:
- Support Brokers: Work closely with our loan brokers to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and related documentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
- Accountability: Take ownership of your responsibilities and ensure that each task is handled with thorough attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Assist Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and initiatives that align with our business goals.
- Operations Management: Help coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow across various departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred, but other backgrounds are welcome.
Experience: Prior experience in finance or management is a plus.
Skills:
Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with an IELTS score of at least 6.
