We are seeking someone who is highly professional, results-oriented, and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility. You will be accountable for your work and ensure that all tasks are completed with care and precision, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Brokers: Work closely with our loan brokers to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and related documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of your responsibilities and ensure that each task is handled with thorough attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Assist Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Operations Management: Help coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow across various departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred, but other backgrounds are welcome.

Experience: Prior experience in finance or management is a plus.

Skills:

Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with an IELTS score of at least 6.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
