Position Description

• Proactively support the Room Leader in setup, daily operations, activities, and transitions
• Develop a collaborative relationship with other colleagues to maintain smooth operations in the centre
• Maintain a respectful and trusting relationship with the children and their parents
• Apply for a play-based learning program with the children
• May be required to create programming and offer regular observations
