We are a well-established Building and Construction company specialising in government projects, commercial refurbishment/ fit-outs, facilities maintenance with a strong focus on education upgrades and renovation projects for primary, secondary school and tertiary campuses. We are seeking an experienced Estimator who will be based at our client's Bella Vista office.
As the Estimator, your responsibilities may include:
- Compiling competitive tender packages
- Preparing tender documentation, including methodology of works
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Completing bill of quantities
- Preparing the construction program/schedule of works
- Generating cost breakups and comparison reports
- Preparing trade contracts
- Interpreting and understanding client tender documents
- Attending client meetings as required
