We are looking for apprentice we can train and build confidence in a kitchen. We are cafe so the start times are 5.30 and finish is approximately 3pm.
You will learn plating up, cooking, team building, correct washing up procedures, communication, preparation, baking pastry. All facets of the kitchen.
We are young dynamic team and the owners have combined industry experience of 30 years plus.
Our goal is to help change the industry for the better with providing better role models than in the past.

Ideally we want someone who wants their start in the industry, you will need to calm, reliable, willing to learn, willing to start from the bottom and show us your eagerness to grow.
