Early Childhood Educator - TAFE Students Preferred null

About our organisation:

We are a small family-owned childcare centre with 33 children a day. We are located in Mosman with ample street parking and walking distance to bus stops. We take children from 2 years old to school age. We are open 48 weeks a year and enjoy a 4-week break at the end of the year. We have a mentor program to help educators settle with ease. Our team is very fun and nurturing and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with children to complement our team. The centre is owned by Lexi and Narelle who have worked together for over 20 years. We both work at the centre full-time. Our educators are all like family and we all work in harmonious partnership.

Your role:

Educator in the 2-3 year old group. Very small group, with lots of support and mentoring. Provided weekly program time. Above award wage with 4 weeks annual leave and sick leave entitlements. Opportunity for a wage pay rise in line with performance. Looking for someone who holds a diploma in early childhood or someone who holds a cert 3 with experience working with children and writing documentation. 

We are willing to consider both a full-time position and a part-time job share position.

Our opening hours are 8 am to 6 pm. We only provide care to approximately 4-6 children from 4-6 pm so a very relaxed time. We have two shift times; 8 am to 4 pm and 10 am to 6 pm or willing to consider a 4-day employee working 8 am to 6 pm.
