We are looking for a skilled facilities and maintenance professional to join our Sydney-based team on a permanent part-time (2 days/week) basis.

About the Role:
- Responsible for carrying out a variety of property related tasks such as ground, facilities, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance and gardening.
- This role is vital in ensuring a high standard of maintenance, good stewardship, beauty, order, and safety of the MC grounds and buildings.
- The role is 15.2 hours/week (0.4 FTE) on the Morling College Sydney campus.
- Remuneration: $22,477/annum - $26,906.52/annum excl. Super, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Driver's license.
- Trade qualifications in horticulture or another trade desirable.
- Boom lift (skyjack) license advantageous.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience in building and maintenance or a similar field essential.
- Experience in gardening and horticulture or a similar field desirable.
- Experience in zero-turn ride-on motors desired.
- Experience in managing a variety of projects and people advantageous.
