About the Role:
- Creating, developing, and distributing compelling and high-quality content that inspires and encourages prospective students to enrol.
- Collaborating with different teams to develop and execute content strategies while tracking analytics to improve these strategies.
- The role is 15.2 hours/week (0.4 FTE).
- Remuneration: $27,915.52/annum, excluding Superannuation.

Qualifications:
- Formal qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field desirable.
- Formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field desirable.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram content creation, including aspect ratios, best practices, and consumption habits.
- Experience using drag-and-drop design software like Canva.
- Proven strong copywriting skills.
- Experience in using the Salesforce Engagement (Pardot) platform or a desire to learn.
- Experience in similar Marketing or Content Creation roles desired.
- Basic familiarity with SEO advantageous.
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads advantageous.
- Video editing skills, i.e., experience using Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Rush, Capcut, or a comparative video editing software desirable.
- Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organisations desired.
