Our firm has entered an exciting expansion phase and we are seeking Accounting Cadets who are looking to immerse themselves into a dynamic forward-looking firm.

You will join our team as an Accounting Cadet and be partnered up with an experienced manager who will mentor and guide you throughout your journey as you gain exposure to client work and build upon your skillset.

At Moore and Moore, our clients are treated as members of our large extended family. The same ethos applies to our staff.

What you’ll be doing

  • Learn from a technical perspective and put your education to practical use
  • Enhance your accounting skills beginning with bookkeeping and recurring compliance work including income tax returns and BAS, payroll, AP and AR
  • Within 12 – 18 months, progress to technical work including company, trust and SMSF returns.
  • Beyond 24 months, the sky is the limit.

What you need to succeed

  • Be enrolled in or graduated with a certificate III or higher with a focus in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
  • Started or keen to start your professional journey
  • Available full-time (38 Hours per week).
  • Have strong attention to detail and take initiative to deliver high-quality work
  • Be a team player
  • Clear communication skills
