Fortunately, an internal promotion has enabled an exciting opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to join our team. If you are someone who welcomes the opportunity for learning and growth, then please read on. If not, no need to go on.

Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • First point of contact for our external stakeholders (you need to be confident)
  • Phone and email enquiries (communication is key)
  • Maintaining an organised office environment (well organised)
  • Wide range of administrative support activities (agile)
  • Document and database management (attention to detail)
  • Maintain records of Mono’s assets and vehicles (excel beginner)
  • Liaising with and supporting internal departments as required (collaborative) 
  • Prepare Mono Newsletters and other communications to staff (creative)
  • Information Technology System support as required (we outsource, so don’t let this frighten you) 
  • Ad hoc duties and analysis as required (office jargon for many other things)

About you 

  • The willingness to learn and progress: Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth 
  • Attitudes and skills: possess the qualities listed above
  • Currently studying or completed tertiary qualifications: in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
