Construction Site Cadet

• Site Office Coordination
• Read and interpret drawings
• Quality Assurance and ITP's
• Project Schedules and Programs
• WHS Document Management, Inspections, Inductions and Toolbox Talks
• Project Reporting and Recording Inspections

Building Design Cadet

• Working with Design Manager on developing out the design concepts
• Reviewing reports and drawings
• Project documentation and record keeping
• Regular liaison and follow up with the project team and consultants
• Consultant procurement
• Supporting the overall Building Design process

Estimating Cadet

• Preparation of Design & Construct tenders with the Senior Estimator
• Read and interpret drawings
• Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes
• Measuring and pricing builder’s quantities
• Consultation with construction personnel

About you:

• Currently studying in your final year or a recent Graduate of:
  • Construction or Project Management or equivalent, or
  • Building Design Management or equivalent, or
  • Quantity Surveying
• Organised and methodical
• High attention to detail
