It’s all about … the Company!

Pack your bags and travel where every day feels like a vacation with this well-established tour company, on the Northern Beaches. For over 32 years, they have had a strong commitment to providing exceptional travel experiences. As their team continues to grow, they are excited to welcome a new member to the close-knit team. If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for all things travel, this position might be the perfect destination for you.

It’s all about … the Job!

Here you'll be the compass as you guide travellers to their dream destinations! As a Travel and Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is assisting with day tours, which involves documentation, sharing information to coach drivers and collaborating with the team to create exciting new itineraries for day trips. You will also play a crucial role in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and partners, ensuring the smooth coordination of travel experiences. The role is diverse and also will encompass eye-catching flyers and brochures creation, engaging email marketing campaigns, managing group correspondence, and overseeing the booking process. Your general administration and basic account management skills will be put to good use, and you'll even be responsible for processing customer payments for tours.

It’s all about … you!

Adventure and organisation is your (travel) bag! You don't need to come from a travel background; instead, you just need to have demonstrated organisation skills, the ability to multitask and be deadline-driven. Prior experience in administration or EA/PA functions will see you hit the ground running. However, it's more than just your skills and experience; you need to be a dedicated team player with a positive attitude who is ready to become an integral part of a dynamic team. If you're eager to learn and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the business, then you'll be instrumental in helping to provide unforgettable travel experiences.
