The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly resolving technical issues. On this small but busy helpdesk, you will be responding to queries through various channels to supporting desktop environments, mobile devices and network infrastructure finding the best solutions and outcomes for your clients. Your portfolio of clients will include but not limited to Health Care, Construction, Legal and Recruitment.

Salary range ($60,000 to $80,000 + super) is dependent on prior industry experience and skill set.
