It’s all about … the Job!
As a Customer Order Administrator your tasks will include processing daily customer orders, coming through emails and excel spreadsheets and entering them into SAP for transmission to the interfaced warehouse system. You will be responsible for liaising with relevant internal teams to coordinate stock deliveries and monitoring stock availability to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Additionally, you may provide support for NZ Department by processing EDI and manual orders when needed.
Keeping the dryers blowing you will communicate with retail customers to address inquiries regarding stock levels, order delivery, transmission of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice), also handling customer returns and assist the 3PL warehouse in Sydney with any queries. Investigating deliveries and Lost in Transit issues for customers and the sales team. You will be ensuring all orders meet the minimum order requirement (MOR) and requesting customers may increase order value or agree to freight charges, will be a blend you mix well with!

Here, you'll demonstrate your precision and efficiency in processing multiple orders while showcasing your data-entry skills and multitasking capabilities. Your intermediate Excel proficiency will come in handy for analyzing and handling specialised orders with meticulous care. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks will be essential for meeting deadlines and maintaining a seamless workflow. Additionally, your inquisitive nature will help you identify and address data discrepancies, and your problem-solving skills will enable you to communicate solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll thrive in a team environment that balances productivity with enjoyment, and any prior SAP or large ERP system experience will be advantageous.
