Our Richmond Support Services offices have a small team who operate in this office. We pride ourselves on delivering the best care for our residents and firmly believe that happy staff equates to happy residents.

The Role

  • Play a pivotal role in the month end financials close, including posting journals, data analysis, preparing monthly financial reporting such as the Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of the general ledger and bank accounts
  • Comfortable being a partner to the business, in particular communicating financial results and resolving queries.
  • Support ongoing tax and compliance obligations
  • Support the preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and other Quarterly and Year End activities.
  • Build an understanding of accounting functions within the team including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care industry legislative requirements preferable.
  • Friendly and positive personality.

Desirable Experience And Qualifications

  • Understanding of Aged Care industry legislative requirements
  • A current police check
  • A current Flu and COVID 19 Vaccination record
