Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Administration of all media campaigns including the entire process from booking to execution
• Co-ordinating printers and installers for each campaign
• Processing and distributing all documents associated with each campaign ie: client agreements, schedules, and purchase orders
• Liaising closely with management, clients, shopping centres, and other media partners to ensure a smooth workflow on all projects
• Attend weekly meetings with management and from time to time external meetings with key clients and suppliers
• Provide quality feedback and suggest improvements to current workflow and processes
• Assist our sales and account management teams with the day-to-day management of their client relationships
• Regular communication with the finance team in regard to campaign invoicing requirements

Required skills & competencies:

• Good team player – can work harmoniously and effectively within a great team environment and keen to grow their career in the exciting Out-of-Home media industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Sheets
• Experience with Monday.com would be preferable but not necessary as training provided
• High attention to detail
• Planning and organisation skills
• Confidence and good communication skills
