• Proven experience in the fast, casual quick service restaurant industry would be advantageous.
• You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff training, and team development and deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):

• Oversee a high-volume restaurant environment
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to deliver a professional and consistent customer experience that promotes future growth
• Train, lead, and motivate crew
• Inventory and finance management
• Take responsibility for the delivery of a memorable customer experience.

Salary details:

• Salary: $60,000.00 – $67,500.00 per year
