Your role

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with promoting awareness of brand image internally and externally
• Learn to recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event
• Assist in entering and retrieving information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, and reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.
• Assist in transmitting information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
• Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
