As an apprentice landscaper, you will be expected to participate in the construction of garden landscapes or renovations of existing gardens. You will be required to work in a variety of sizes, including public and private parks and gardens, to create a landscape that is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Being a part of the team you will be responsible for meeting client deadlines, providing quality workmanship/material selection and maintaining safe and functioning machinery. Along the way, you will gain the necessary knowledge to complete your certification for Construction Landscaping work in high-level job sites.

Skills required

  • Basic Maths.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High standards of writing, listening skills, speech and diction, judgment and problems solving ability.

  • Desire to learn/further educate.
  • Building – stonework, paving, brickwork, estimating, levelling, woodwork
