Cook/Kitchen Hand - TAFE Students Preferred null

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and serve meals to a consistently high-quality
• Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction with the kitchen team to provide excellent product quality, flavour and presentation
• Order stock and maintain equipment
• Participate in preparing menus within budgeted food costs
• Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards
• Lead the kitchen operations when required

About You

The successful applicant will be a passionate chef who has:

• A relevant qualification and experience working as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A demonstrated desire to lead and drive success for the team
• A strong understanding of all OH&S procedures
• Versatility to work both day & night
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding time-management skills
