Sales executive which means I deal with potential new customers as well as existing customers.

My day to day responsibilities in my role is continuous, I do daily account tracking, look into customer enquiries, quotes, opening accounts, assist customers in using the online system to book consignments. I do customer reporting and also have monthly Sales Support duties such as the Top 20 customers for the month.

Account management and customer implementations of major/national accounts.

Export operations, liaising with clients and various stakeholders.

Responsible for driving revenue growth in QLD. I work directly with the branches to try an improve existing profitability while also trying to stay on track for our growth targets.

My role is full-on. There is always something going on and something to do from printing orders to pulling macros and analysing data its always go go go.

Solving customers problems, communicating with team members around Australia and working with the Business Development Team.
