Community Support Worker - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are seeking caring, organised, and diligent Support Workers to join the North Region between the hours of 7 am-3 pm/3-8 pm on weekdays.

In this role, you will be visiting numerous clients within their own homes, and therefore, your car is required. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care.
• Domestic Assistance, Meal preparation and serving.
• Medication prompting and
• Social Support.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in providing care within the Aged Care, Disability or Veteran sectors.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, Nursing Students who have completed their first-year placement preferred (not essential)
• Car and Driver licenses are a must.
• Current CPR & Manual Handling certification or willingness to obtain.
• Friendly and caring with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Professional and clear communication skills to enable effective communication with our clients.
