About the role

We are recruiting qualified educators and their roles will include:

• Develop and implement the educational program and achieve quality learning outcomes for your classroom
• Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child's abilities.
• Create and maintain maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
• Ensure the centre is a safe area for children, staff and visitors
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with children, families, carers and other team members
• Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests
• Skills and experience

We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Desire to work with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their experiences
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• A relevant early childhood education qualification
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven willingness to learn and improve.
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
• Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
