2022 Administration Coordinator - TAFE Students Preferred null

The role
With a warm, welcoming and solution focused nature you will be the first point of contact both on the phone and in person for internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• Organising incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintaining and ordering supplies
• Assisting with coordinating internal and external meetings and events
• Attending meetings and take minutes where necessary
• Updating and maintaining staff and client records
• Managing staff on-boarding coordinating with IT ensuring compliance
• Working with Finance and others as relevant in relation to payroll and invoicing
• Client service bookings as requested by the management team
• Assisting with the marketing strategy ensuring appropriate implementation

About you

To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about being organised, have the ability to priortise and think on your feet. Your ability to multi-task along with your strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
