This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual who wants to improve their skills within a dynamic and growing workplace. The ideal candidate needs to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

The role is an entry level 5 day a week position in our Sydney office in the heart of the CBD, close to Pitt Street Mall and Town Hall/Museum train stations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • General office duties such as maintaining stock at reception and in meeting rooms, print rooms and kitchen.
  • Sorting, scanning, faxing and emailing of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Reception relief duties, including welcoming and directing visitors.
  • Banking and package deliveries within the CBD.
  • Filing legal documents, physically and electronically.
  • Assisting individual practice groups with various administration tasks including document compilation, follow ups and preparation of basic correspondence.

ABOUT YOU

  • Positive attitude.
  • Adaptable and flexible nature.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous phone/customer service or administration experience advantageous but not a requirement.
