Trainee Horticulture Garden Centre - TAFE Students Preferred null

About the job:

We are looking for a motivated person to join our Garden Centre crew while completing a Certificate III in Horticulture. In this role you will be undertaking a Certificate III in Horticulture at your own pace and on your own time. You will be learning on the job, with such duties as:

• Care and maintenance of all plants in our nursery.
• Advice and customer service regarding plants/turf and landscape supplies.
• Front end Loader, bobcat & forklift operations
• Cash Register and point of sale operations.
• Permanent Part time minimum 30 hours /week.

About you:

• Eligible to enrol or currently enrolled in a  Certificate III in Horticulture.
• Commitment to both on and off the job training. 
• Have a genuine interest in gardening & horticulture.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to provide a high standard of customer service. 
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and component to do this job.
