Accounts and General Administration - TAFE Students Preferred null

About the role:

• We are looking for an Accounts & Administration Manager to own all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, payroll timesheet management and other day-to-day administrative requirements.

Main duties:

• Manage supplier accounts and sub-contractor invoices 
• Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
• Assist with project management on a financial level 
• Create and distribute invoices through our accounting system (XERO)

What we are looking for: 

• Previous experience as an Accounts Manager or similar position 
• Nationally recognised training in accounting, bookkeeping or alike
• Experience using XERO accounting software system
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 modules
• Experience using Apple Mac computers
• A high level of communication skills across all mediums 

Mandatory requirements 

• Unrestricted drivers’ licence 
• Willingness to undertake a National Police Check 
• COVID vaccination
