2022 Trainee, Cert 3, Diploma positions - TAFE students preferred null

We are currently seeking the following positions: Trainees, Cert III or Diploma Educators; who are passionate about early childhood education and care.

Our Educators build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the local community and most importantly you will make a difference in the lives of the children in our care.

As Educators your role will entail:

• Building positive and caring relationships with the children and their families
• Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
• Assist with observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating the children's progress
• Keeping informed about the NQF, NQS and the current National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice while implementing the EYLF
• Assist with the planning and programming of an outstanding educational program for our children
• Complying with the relevant government regulations
• Meet and exceed the individual needs of each child in all areas of their development
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children

Cert III Traineeships:

This is a great opportunity to gain a qualification whilst working in a most rewarding profession. Further career opportunities are available to successful applicants.

You will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst you gain hands-on practical experience and mentoring from the existing team of educators.

You will need a great work ethic and commitment to completing the course as well as caring for young children

Demonstrate a passion for working with children and caring for their needs

This qualification is fully funded by the employer

You will need to apply for a Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
