Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts Administration including Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivables including collecting any outstanding monies.
• Liaise with Technicians, updating the status of works Completed.
• Reception Support including Client service via telephone, face-to-face communication and written.
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives and technicians.
• General administration duties and office tasks including scanning, filing, emailing and maintaining databases.
• Stock ordering.
• Ad hoc Tasks.

• Good computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience is not required
• Good organisation skills
• Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual

• Based in or near Northern Beaches.
