About the role

This role will work with a highly regarded team delivering programs and initiatives aligned to business strategy that are designed to develop, engage and inspire our people across the Australian offices.  It will also provide exposure to initiatives across global locations and cultures.

A next step role for an early career professional who is seeking to develop confidence and skills in organisation, communication, stakeholder influence and program design within a corporate setting.  The primary focus will be to administer and co-ordinate the programs, systems/reporting and internal communications for a broad range of initiatives whilst having responsibility for the new starter induction program and managing the compliance of continued professional development for legal practitioners.  It involves liaising with a range of internal stakeholders including legal practitioners, marketing and design, catering teams and technology teams to implement leading-edge programs, as well as external stakeholders including law societies.

This role will suit you if you are highly organised and detailed driven, you provide a seamless service and enjoy working in a methodical and systematic way, and you engage with stakeholders in a collaborative way.
