Kesser Torah College (KTC), located in Dover Heights, Sydney, is a Jewish educational facility offering Jewish Education and care for children from Early Learning to Year 12.
KTC offers the above Award rates, excellent working conditions and considerable benefits. This includes 4 weeks leave in December, an additional 2 weeks leave per year as well as paid leave during our Jewish holiday closures.

We need

Early Childhood Teachers (ECT), Diploma-trained Educators and Certificate III in Early Childhood. We will also consider currently enrolled students and trainees.

We value our team of staff and promote professional development and our Educational Leader works 4 days a week (off the floor role) where she is readily available to support and mentor our educators. A comprehensive induction process takes place upon commencement.

All staff are respected and shifts rotate each week between an 8-4 and a 9-5 shift. Our centre operates between 8-5 Mon to Thurs and Fridays is 7.30 to 3.30. All educators are allocated programming time off the floor and ratios are covered at all times, including morning tea and lunch breaks.

We have quite a number of staff who have been with this organisation between 15-30 years which is a clear indicator of staff longevity, commitment and happiness.
